It has become the standard way to get Imagesetter quality output on an inkjet printer. FastRIP™ standard works with the Epson 1520, R1800, R1900, 2200, R2400, and 3000. It works with CorelDRAW®, Adobe Photoshop® and Illustrator®, Macromedia Freehand®, and Quark on both Mac and PC platforms.You can produce a 13" x 18" print on an Epson R1800, R1900, 2200 at either 720 or 1440 dpi for great detail and halftone dots, up to 75 LPI.

The Fast T-Jet® Blazer Express... Express Your Creativity! The Fast T-Jet® Blazer line is the hottest inkjet-to-garment printer in the industry. It is being used by everyone from home based businesses, to retail stores, screen printers, embroiders - all the way to large internet companies with dozens of "banks" of machines doing thousands of shirts per day! It is a very robust production machine that prints outstanding images on light and dark shirts! There are two models of the T-Jet® Blazer - a free standing production machine called the T-Jet® Blazer PRO that prints three shirts in one pass, and the T-Jet® Blazer Express tabletop unit that prints one shirt at a time. The Blazers print on light and dark garments, towels, panties, shorts, bibs, bandanas, aprons, tote bags, socks and more. You can print up to 16" x 47" (40 x 119cm) on the Blazer PRO machine and up to 16" x 30" (40 x 76cm) on the Blazer Express.

The T-Jet® Blazer Express is compact yet powerful tabletop version of the full sized Blazer that can print on towels, panties, shorts, bibs, bandanas, aprons, tote bags, socks and more. It can print images up to 16" x 30" (40 x 76cm) in size at resolutions up to 2880 x 1440 DPI. With 180 nozzles per color, create vibrant prints on light or dark garments with our CMYK plus four white system, or achieve amazing color prints on light garments only with our 8 color system of CMYK plus red, green, blue and orange

The T-Jet® Blazer Express is great for small or large jobs. Combined with our next generation textile ink, a standard sized image can be printed for less than 40 cents per shirt (on light shirts) and in less than a minute and 20 seconds. The Blazer Express has heavy-Duty handles in front and on the back making it easy to move and very portable for event printing. Each machine comes with four 8 oz. starter bottles of FastINK™ Textile CMYK color, 1 liter of FastINK™ Bright White, two gallons of pretreatment for dark shirts, AND a powerful graphics program and image processor called FastARTIST™/FastRIP™. Screen printers, create a Simulated Screen Print™ look with our exclusive halftone dot feature when doing pre-production samples

This machine allows for easy Print Head height adjustments and features an HMI display that controls all printer functions including maintenance. You can also link more than one machine to a single computer with optional software for even higher production rates. The Blazer Express can even print on many non-textile surfaces such as metal, plastic and wood.

Perhaps most importantly, Blazer Express prints are very durable and will withstand MANY washings. The finished print needs to be heat-set using either a standard heat press or long conveyor dryer, but no additional treatment is necessary.
